1. Structure of the NURCOIN® Ecosystem

The NURCOIN® ecosystem is intentionally divided between two complementary domains:

  • nurcoin.ai — Information hub for branding, documentation, whitepapers, fashion merchandise, legal materials, and community resources.
  • nurcoin.co — Operational and transactional platform offering the NURCOIN® Engine, dashboards, user accounts, KYC/AML verification, and token-related services.

Specific products or services may be subject to additional terms, policies, or agreements presented at the time of registration, purchase, token sale participation, or onboarding (collectively, “Supplemental Terms”). In the event of a conflict, the relevant Supplemental Terms prevail for that specific product or service.

At present, there is no dedicated sectoral supervisory authority specifically responsible for the NURCOIN® project beyond the general tax and regulatory obligations applicable in Greece.

NURCOIN® does not provide regulated financial services that would require membership in a specific professional chamber or association. Accordingly, there is currently no mandatory professional association registration to disclose.

7. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Arbitration

We always seek to resolve any concerns directly with our users and partners in a fair and transparent manner. At present, however, NURCOIN® is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
