3. Impersonation & Misleading Affiliation
Without prior written authorisation, no person or organisation may imply that it is an official NURCOIN® representative, partner, affiliate, seller, exchange, wallet provider or support channel.
- Creating social-media accounts, bots, channels, domains or pages that imitate NURCOIN®;
- Using the NURCOIN® name, logo or design to promote third-party products, services, tokens or investment schemes;
- Requesting payments, wallet transfers, credentials, recovery phrases or personal information while claiming NURCOIN® affiliation;

NURCOIN® will communicate any future official token, smart-contract address, launch information or related technical details exclusively through its official domains and confirmed official channels. Until such information is formally published, any asset, token, contract, listing, wallet request or claim of affiliation using the NURCOIN® name should be treated with caution.
- Do not connect a wallet to an unverified site or bot;
- Do not disclose recovery phrases, private keys, passwords or verification codes;
