If your package arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or has missing products, contact support with photos and your order number. We will guide you through a replacement or resolution process.

• Take photos of the outer package and the product(s) immediately upon opening.
• Keep all original packaging until the case is resolved.

Returns are accepted within a limited period after delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
