The NURCOIN® Refunds & Returns page explains how refund, return and exchange requests are handled for NURCOIN® branded products and, at a later stage, for selected NURCOIN® Engine–related services. Our goal is to offer a transparent, predictable and legally compliant framework, while keeping the customer experience as smooth as possible.

This policy must be read together with the Returns & Warranty, Privacy & Data Protection and Terms of Service pages, as well as any specific conditions shown at checkout on nurcoin.co.

1. Scope of the Refunds & Returns Policy

Unless stated otherwise on the product or service page, this policy applies to:

  • NURCOIN® branded apparel, accessories and printed materials.
  • Physical documentation sets and collector’s editions.
  • Pre-orders and service packages for future NURCOIN® Engine dashboards, where a refund option is explicitly offered.

The policy does not cover:

  • Non-refundable digital downloads or services clearly marked as “final sale”.
  • Independent third-party products that use the NURCOIN® name under separate agreements.
  • Investment, tax or financial decisions made by the user (no financial advice is provided).

2. Eligibility & Standard Timeframes

To be eligible for a refund or return, the following general conditions normally apply, unless local law grants you additional mandatory rights:

  • The request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery (for example 14–30 calendar days, depending on the project phase and region).
  • The item is unused, in the same condition as received and, where applicable, with original tags and packaging.
  • The order can be identified by a valid order number, proof of purchase or confirmation email.

Exact timeframes and regional conditions will be specified in your order confirmation and on the checkout page of nurcoin.co once operational.

3. Non-Returnable or Limited-Refund Items

Certain categories may be non-returnable or subject to limited refunds, for example:

  • Digital content that has been fully delivered (PDFs, downloads, activation keys), where the supply started with your prior consent.
  • Customized or personalized items manufactured according to your specifications.
  • Items clearly marked as “final sale”, “non-refundable” or similar at the time of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

To start a refund or return procedure, please:

  1. Prepare your order number, date of purchase and contact details.
  2. Describe the reason for your request (wrong size, change of mind, damaged item, etc.).
  3. Attach clear photos if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  4. Contact us via the channels listed in the Contact – Refunds & Returns section.

After your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how and where to send any items that must be returned, as well as an indication of the applicable remedy.

5. Refund Methods & Processing

Where a refund is approved, we will normally:

  • Process the refund using the original payment method, where technically possible; or
  • Offer an alternative method such as store credit, voucher or another payment channel, if agreed with you.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may vary. Bank, card, PayPal or crypto gateway processing times are outside of NURCOIN®’s direct control.

For crypto payments, the refunded amount and currency (e.g. fiat, stablecoin or crypto) will be indicated in the applicable terms at checkout, taking into account network fees and volatility.

6. Exchanges (Size, Colour or Model)

Wherever stock levels allow, NURCOIN® may offer a direct exchange instead of a refund, for example when you require a different size or colour of the same model.

In such cases, you may be asked to:

  • Return the original item first, according to the instructions sent by Support; and
  • Pay any price difference or additional shipping costs, where applicable.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, NURCOIN® will carefully review the case and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund.

8. Shipping Costs & Customs

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law or expressly stated in the offer:

  • Original shipping costs are normally non-refundable if the order was correctly fulfilled.
  • Return shipping costs may be your responsibility, except where the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
  • Customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees are determined by your local authorities and are not controlled by NURCOIN®.

9. Pre-Orders & Future NURCOIN® Engine Services

For future NURCOIN® Engine dashboards, service tiers or token-related utilities made available via nurcoin.co, specific refund rules may apply. These will be:

  • Displayed at checkout and/or inside your dashboard, and
  • Summarised in dedicated service terms or allocation conditions.

Please always review those service-specific conditions carefully before completing payment.

10. Policy Updates & Local Law

NURCOIN® may update this Refunds & Returns policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in logistics, partners, legal requirements or internal processes. The version applicable to your order is usually the one in force at the time of purchase, unless a later change is more favourable to you or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection or e-commerce legislation in your country or region.
