1. Purpose & Scope

The NURCOIN® Crypto Branding & Fashion guidelines apply to all uses of the NURCOIN® name, logos, symbols, and visual style in:

• Clothing and fashion collections (T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, caps, bags, etc.).
• Accessories and lifestyle products (phone cases, mugs, stationery, collectibles).
• Digital assets (websites, social media, banners, AR filters, event visuals, dashboards).
• Promotional materials for events, conferences, or collaborations featuring NURCOIN®.

These rules protect the integrity of the registered NURCOIN® trademark and ensure a consistent, premium presentation of the brand across all environments.

2. Official Brand Identity Elements

The NURCOIN® brand consists of several protected elements that must be used correctly:

• Wordmark: The stylized NURCOIN® logotype, always written in capitals with the ® symbol where legally required.
• Monogram / Coin Emblem: The circular “N” symbol used on coins, badges, and fashion patches.
• Tagline: NURCOIN® • Your Digital Future (optional, not mandatory on all products).

Do not redraw, distort, or modify the official logos. This includes stretching, squeezing, rotating, applying heavy effects, or replacing official colors with unapproved combinations.

3. Color Palette & Typography

To keep the NURCOIN® identity consistent, please respect the core visual palette:

• Primary Gold: #d4af37 / #d4c5b4 / #dac9b8 – premium metallic accent for logos and key elements.
• Dark Background: #0d0d0d / #19130d / #111118 – deep, cinematic black for high-contrast designs.
• Supporting Neutrals: Warm beige and off-white tones for labels, packaging, and documentation.

Recommended typefaces for digital and print materials include modern sans-serif families with clean geometry. On apparel, logotype and emblem should always remain sharp, readable, and not overcrowded by extra fonts or decorative scripts.

4. Crypto Identity & Digital Branding

The NURCOIN® crypto identity includes:

• The official NURCOIN® symbol and round emblem.
• Blockchain-compatible vector icons (light, dark, monochrome).
• Use on wallets, payment screens, dashboards, and mobile apps.

When using NURCOIN® in digital and social environments:

• Always use the official gold color (#d4af37 / #d4c5b4 / #dac9b8) for premium product lines (lighter variations allowed for UI).
• Never distort the symbol, stretch it, or change the proportions.
• Link to official sites nurcoin.ai and/or nurcoin.co when referencing the project.
• Clearly state when a collection is fan art, collaboration, or independent project (if not produced by NURCOIN®).
• Avoid promises of profit, token price speculation, or investment advice in branding content.
• Do not use NURCOIN® logos to promote other tokens, exchanges, or unrelated financial products.

5. Apparel, Accessories & Fashion Concepts

NURCOIN® supports high-quality merchandise and fashion lines, including:

• Clothing (T-shirts, hoodies, jackets) in gold, black, and neutral tones.
• Tech gear and lifestyle accessories.

When placing NURCOIN® elements on clothing and accessories, please follow these principles:

• Ensure the logo is clearly visible, with sufficient contrast against the fabric color.
• Keep enough clear space around the emblem or wordmark (no competing graphics too close).
• Do not add misleading phrases such as “official token sale” or investment claims on apparel.
• Use high-quality printing, embroidery, or embossing methods suitable for long-term wear.

7. Co-Branding, Licensing & Collaborations

Any commercial use of NURCOIN® branding in joint projects, capsule collections, or licensed products requires written approval from the NURCOIN® team.

Unauthorized or misleading use may be considered trademark infringement and can lead to removal requests or legal action where necessary. Only written approval from NURCOIN® authorizes collaborative use.

8. Prohibited Uses & Legal Notes

To protect customers and the brand, the following uses are not permitted:

• Implying that a private collection is an “official token sale” or investment product.
• Combining NURCOIN® marks with offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content.
• Using modified or low-quality copies of the logo that damage brand perception.
