This Returns & Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to physical products and merchandise
purchased via nurcoin.ai (the “Website”) or its official online shop.
It explains when and how you can return items, request replacements, or invoke warranty rights.
For digital assets, Token Sale operations, staking programs, or services provided via
nurcoin.co, separate terms and risk disclosures apply and are not covered by this Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to NURCOIN®-branded apparel, accessories, printed materials, and other tangible items
sold directly through the official NURCOIN® shop on nurcoin.ai. It does not govern:
- Digital downloads, licences, or software keys;
- Token purchases, staking products, or wallet balances;
- Services delivered entirely online (such as consulting or integration work);
- Products purchased through third-party marketplaces not controlled by NURCOIN®.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
- “Customer”, “you” – any natural or legal person purchasing products from the Website.
- “Product” – any physical item delivered to you (e.g. T-shirts, hoodies, caps, printed materials).
- “Defect” – a manufacturing or material fault present at the time of delivery and not caused by misuse, normal wear, or improper handling.
- “Business days” – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Greece.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Subject to the conditions below, eligible Products may be returned within
14 calendar days from the date you (or a person indicated by you) received the order.
The Product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in substantially the same condition as received;
- Free of stains, odours, signs of wear, or damage caused after delivery;
- Returned with all original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories (if any);
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
If these conditions are not met, NURCOIN® reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a
partial refund where permitted by law.
4. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
The following items are generally non-returnable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise:
- Digital goods, downloads, or access codes once delivered or activated;
- Gift cards or voucher codes;
- Customised or personalised products (e.g. custom print with your name or logo);
- Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-Refundable”, or similar at checkout;
- Items returned in a condition that makes resale impossible (e.g. heavy wear, strong odour, damage).
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a Product that appears defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact NURCOIN®
Technical Support within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Your message should include:
- Order number and date;
- Clear photos of the defect or damage (including packaging where relevant);
- A short description of the issue.
After review, NURCOIN® may, at its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law, offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the defective Product with the same or equivalent item;
- Repair where technically and economically feasible;
- Partial or full refund of the purchase price.
6. Incorrect Size, Colour, or Item
If you receive a Product with the wrong size, colour, or model compared to your order confirmation,
please notify NURCOIN® within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Provided the Product is unused and in resaleable condition, NURCOIN® will either:
- Arrange an exchange for the correct Product, or
- Issue a refund once the incorrect item has been received and inspected.
7. How to Initiate a Return – Step-by-Step
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact NURCOIN® Support at
support@nurcoin.ai and include your order number, full name, and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and, where applicable, a Return Authorisation or specific return address.
- Carefully re-pack the Product in its original or equivalent protective packaging.
- Clearly mark the parcel with any reference number provided by Support.
- Send the parcel using a trackable shipping method and keep the postal receipt.
Unless the return is due to NURCOIN® error (wrong or defective item), you are responsible for return
shipping costs. NURCOIN® is not responsible for parcels lost in transit without proof of delivery.
8. Refunds – Method & Timing
Once the returned Product is received and inspected, NURCOIN® will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout;
- Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider;
- Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by mandatory law or when the return is due to NURCOIN® error.
Currency-conversion fees, bank charges, and international transaction costs are not controlled by NURCOIN®
and will not be reimbursed.
9. Exchanges
Direct exchanges may be available for the same Product in a different size or colour, subject to stock
availability. Where an exchange cannot be processed, NURCOIN® may offer a refund and ask you to place a new order.
10. Warranty for NURCOIN® Merchandise
NURCOIN® apparel and accessories are intended for normal personal use. For a period of
six (6) months from the date of delivery, NURCOIN® will consider warranty claims for
manufacturing or material defects that were not caused by:
- Improper washing, drying, or storage;
- Mechanical damage (tears, cuts, burns, etc.);
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or pilling;
- Use contrary to care instructions printed on labels or packaging.
Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the nature of the defect
and applicable consumer-protection law.
11. Shipping Risk & Responsibility
Until the returned Product is received by NURCOIN®, the risk of loss or damage during transport remains
with the Customer. For your protection, we strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services
for all returns.
12. Digital Goods & Token-Related Purchases
Purchases of digital assets, Tokens, staking products, and similar financial or blockchain-based
instruments are generally non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in the
applicable terms on nurcoin.co or where mandatory law provides a right of withdrawal.

or digital-asset program, please carefully review the dedicated

13. Consumer Rights & Mandatory Law
This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under the laws of
your country of residence, particularly within the European Union / EEA (for example, statutory rights
related to defective goods or, where applicable, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts).
Where this Policy conflicts with such mandatory rights, those rights will prevail to the minimum extent
required by law.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, this Policy is governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy, your order, or your use of the Website
shall be submitted to the competent courts of Greece.
