Following the steps and guidance below may resolve most issues before you need to contact Support.

NURCOIN® Technical Support focuses on website access, display problems, document downloads,
basic questions about the NURCOIN Engine, and security or phishing alerts.
It does not provide personalised financial, tax, or legal advice, nor does it offer
wallet management or investment recommendations.
2. Website & Access Issues (nurcoin.ai)
Typical website-related issues include:
- Pages not loading correctly or appearing broken.
- Whitepaper or other sections not displaying as expected.
- Navigation elements or buttons not responding.
Before contacting Support, please try the following:
- Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) to clear cached files.
- Test another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- Disable aggressive ad-blockers or script blockers for nurcoin.ai.
- Check your internet connection, VPN, or proxy settings.
If the issue persists, email

If you experience problems downloading the Whitepaper, visuals, or other NURCOIN® materials:

4. NURCOIN® Engine & Dashboard (nurcoin.co)
Technical questions related to the upcoming NURCOIN Engine, Investor Dashboard, token purchase
flows, or KYC/AML processes will be handled primarily via nurcoin.co.
Once activated, users should:

- Review any User Guides, FAQs, and on-screen instructions provided there.
If you encounter an error message (such as failed login or dashboard not loading), please email

- The error code or short description of the behaviour.
- Your browser, operating system, and approximate time of the incident.
- Whether you were using a VPN or proxy at that moment.
5. Security & Phishing Awareness
Protecting users and their data is a core priority. Please note:

NURCOIN® will never ask you to reveal your seed phrase, private keys,
full card data, or online-banking passwords via email, chat, or social media.
