These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
nurcoin.ai, nurcoin.co, and any related NURCOIN® content, tools,
or services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform,
you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Structure of the NURCOIN® Ecosystem
The NURCOIN® ecosystem is intentionally divided between two complementary domains:
- nurcoin.ai — Information hub for branding, documentation, whitepapers, fashion merchandise, legal materials, and community resources.
- nurcoin.co — Operational and transactional platform offering the NURCOIN® Engine, dashboards, user accounts, KYC/AML verification, and token-related services.
Specific products or services may be subject to additional terms, policies, or agreements
presented at the time of registration, purchase, token sale participation, or onboarding
(collectively, “Supplemental Terms”). In the event of a conflict, the
relevant Supplemental Terms prevail for that product or service.
2. Eligibility & User Accounts
You may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
under the laws of your jurisdiction and any applicable financial or digital-asset regulations.
- You must ensure that all registration information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must immediately notify NURCOIN® if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse, or security incidents affecting your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
In particular, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or regulatory guidance, including AML/KYC and sanctions rules;
- Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, spam, fraud, or any activity that harms other users or NURCOIN®;
- Attempt to bypass security controls, probe infrastructure, or interfere with the integrity or availability of the Platform;
- Infringe intellectual property rights or misuse any NURCOIN® brand assets or copyrighted materials;
- Upload or distribute harmful code, malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.
NURCOIN® reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms
or any related policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on nurcoin.ai and nurcoin.co, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, images, software, and documentation
(collectively, “NURCOIN® Content”) is owned or licensed by NURCOIN® and is protected by applicable
intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use NURCOIN® Content solely for personal or internal business purposes.
- You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works based on NURCOIN® Content without prior written consent.
5. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
Information provided on nurcoin.ai and nurcoin.co is for general information and educational purposes only and
does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You should obtain independent
professional advice before making any decisions relating to digital assets, token purchases, or financial strategies.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NURCOIN® and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential,
special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising out of or in connection with your use
of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While NURCOIN® aims to
maintain a secure and reliable environment, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the
absence of security incidents.
7. Regulatory & Jurisdictional Restrictions
Access to certain features, including future token sales or dashboard modules on nurcoin.co, may be restricted
in specific jurisdictions based on local law, regulatory guidance, or risk considerations. NURCOIN® may request
additional information, documentation, or KYC/AML verification before enabling access.
8. Changes to These Terms
NURCOIN® may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our services.
Updated Terms will be published on nurcoin.ai and/or nurcoin.co with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
