These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website nurcoin.ai, its subpages, downloads, and the broader NURCOIN® ecosystem. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

The domain nurcoin.ai serves as the official information hub for branding, documentation, downloads, fashion merchandise, and support. The domain nurcoin.co provides financial and technical platform services, including:

  • NURCOIN® Engine & Dashboard
  • KYC/AML verification
  • Token sale operations

Certain services on nurcoin.co may be governed by additional terms published directly on that platform.

3. Intellectual Property

All branding, visuals, images, logos, graphics, documents, source files, and downloadable assets are owned or licensed by NURCOIN®. Reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, public display, or reverse-engineering of any material is prohibited without written permission.

4. Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited. Suspicious activity must be reported immediately to support@nurcoin.ai | support@nurcoin.co.

NURCOIN® will NEVER request seed phrases, private keys, or full card data.

5. Orders, Payments & Returns

NURCOIN® merchandise is processed through secure third-party systems such as WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, and Printful. When placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

When using any NURCOIN® service, users must NOT:

  • Upload malware, harmful scripts, or automated scraping tools
  • Attempt to access restricted systems or user accounts

  • Imagify, WP Rocket – optimization & performance

These providers operate under their own privacy policies, for which NURCOIN® is not responsible.
